Samsung just revealed the specs of another mid-range Android phone, the Samsung Ace (S5830). This phone is equipped with an 800MHz CPU, 3.5" capacitive display and a 5MP camera. The rumoured video resolution of 320x240px is however very low compared to the other mid-range droids, it more like low-end droids at most. But maybe these are just rumours, we'll see at MWC 2011 next month the real thing.
Anyway, this phone is almost an exact iPhone 3GS replica with the same screen aspect ratio, resolution, but packing Android and a better CPU.
Judging by how many people bought the first iPhone, it seems that many prefer this form factor and screen size. So this phone is almost an iPhone 3GS with Android, let's see if it will have the same success as the former.
